"My experiences with this State Farm office have been very positive. We have rental dwelling policies as well as life insurance policies. All were very fairly priced, and the application process was simple. My representative has been very helpful in keeping us updated on our policies. In addition, although not directly through this office, our recent dealings with automotive claims after an accident with another State Farm customer have been simple and satisfactory."

"Called to let them know I was changing companies, sent an email and told them I changed companies and 24 hrs later they drafted my account for payment. Plus they are twice the price I got elsewhere with less coverage"
We responded:
"HI Linda, thanks for the feedback. I checked into what happened and it appears your account was drafted for the premium on Friday, and we received the email from you on the following Saturday requesting to cancel. We have entered the cancellation for the you will be refunded any unearned premium. We appreciate the time you were with our agency and wish you the best in the future. Joe Walker State Farm."

"I will never use state farm again do to the failure of this agency they originally quoted me around $100 then it went to $130 I decided to go with it then this month they jumped it to 220 even though I have hadn't claims or incidents with no explanation other than it was their fault but wouldn't be changing it back I will stick with geico. Also Joe I never spoke with you but you need to teach rose how to do her job she made nothing but mistakes dealing with me."
